Privacy
What we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), the description of your request and any file you attach (such as a CV or a project plan).
For the software: company details, your name and mobile number (confirmed with an SMS code) and the data you enter in the software.
For buying the notes: name, mobile, e-mail (optional) and payment details such as the tracking number and the last 4 digits of the card. We never ask for a full card number or its PIN.
The site assistant “Aria”
Questions and answers are kept for at most 90 days to improve quality. Phone numbers, e-mails and card numbers are masked before storage and the IP address is stored only as a hash; still, please do not type your name or other personal details in the chat.
Speech is turned into text on the company's own server. If that service is unavailable and you choose your browser's speech recognition, the browser processes the audio (Chrome, for example, sends it to Google); you are asked before the first use.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, fulfil your order or provide the software, and to follow up on that matter. We do not sell your data or give it to others for advertising.
Who sees it
HOPA's responsible staff. Services needed to do the job receive only what they need: the SMS provider (to send verification codes) and the payment gateway (for online payments). The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers for them.
Stored in your browser
Your language, the chat history with the assistant, your order codes and the software sign-in are kept in your own browser's storage (localStorage) and are removed when you clear the site's data. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Messages and requests are kept as long as they need to be followed up. To see, correct or delete your data, e-mail [email protected]; financial records may have to be kept for a period required by law.

Answers from the assistant “Aria” are generated by AI and may contain mistakes; prices and commitments are binding only when given by HOPA in writing.
Prices
Services listed in the official trade tariff are priced from that tariff; items outside it and any discount are stated separately in writing before work starts. Submitting a request on the site does not bind either party.
Content rights
Texts, images, site design and study notes belong to HOPA. Quoting a short passage with the source is fine; republishing them in full or selling them without written permission is not. Other trademarks (such as Cisco and CCNA) belong to their owners.
The software
Your company is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters in the software. Accounts that misuse it (e.g. fake registrations) may be suspended.
Terms of sale for digital products (study notes)
Delivery
The notes are a PDF file downloaded only from the order tracking page. Each paid order can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days.
Card-to-card payments are checked and confirmed during working hours; the download button then appears on the same page. Online payments are confirmed immediately.
Tracking your order
Keep your order code and tracking link. If you lose the link, open “Order tracking” and enter the order code with the mobile number you used when buying.
Licence
A purchase gives a personal licence. Publishing, selling or sharing the file with others is not allowed.
Refunds
As a digital product, it cannot be returned after download. If you paid and the file was not delivered, the file was damaged or you were charged twice, contact us with the order code; after checking, the file is reactivated or the money refunded.
